The Healer's Book of Knowledge

Everything the Healer track teaches, or is being asked to teach — twenty chapters of real, sourced survival medicine, gathered for Jaemie and Tori to tear apart before any of it gets built.

How to use this

  1. Read a chapter, then mark a verdict — Keep, Fix, Cut, or Ask Jesse — and write whatever you're thinking in the box. Rough is fine. Half-sentences are fine.
  2. Your work saves itself as you type — straight to Jesse. You can close the tab and come back to it whenever, on this same device. There is no send button to forget.
  3. You don't have to do it in one sitting, and you don't have to finish. Half a review is worth having. If the internet drops out it keeps saving on your device and catches up when you're back — and there's an Export button if you'd rather just email him a file.

You don't have to be a medic to be useful here. Three things are worth flagging, and any of them alone is a good note: Is it true? (if you know better, say so) · Is it teachable? (would a player actually learn this, or just click past it) · Is it a good scene? (does it make you feel something, or is it a textbook page). Say which one you're answering and skip the rest.

And if something reads as cold, preachy, or like it's talking down to the player — say that loudest. That's the note that's hardest for Jesse to see from inside it.

That's the lot.

Nothing more to do — Jesse already has all of it. Everything you typed went across as you wrote it. If you want a copy for yourself, or you'd rather email it to him directly, the buttons below will give you a file.

If anything in here made you go "wait, that can't be right" — that's the most valuable thing in the file. Don't soften it.
